This portrait was completed in September 2010 for a one of my mother's friends, Ms. Carpenter. She asked that I draw her parents and siblings from some childhood photographs that she had.This project was a challenge for me because I'm not used to drawing smaller portraits. However, I'm excited about this piece and I'm glad I was blessed with this opportunity.
